Frequently Asked Questions

When should I start my fitness journey?

It is best to begin when you are ready, for Personal Training, Run & Triathlon Coaching aslong as there are no contra-indications to your fitness you can start right away. If you are pregnant, antenatal fitness sessions should start from the first trimester, and if you are postpartum from 6 weeks post natural delivery and 10-12 weeks postpartum.

What exercises are safe during pregnancy?

We focus on low-impact movements that support your pelvic floor and core stability. These exercises are designed to be safe and effective throughout all stages of your pregnancy. Weights can be adjusted and used during pregnancy.

How long should my postnatal routine be?

Postpartum fitness is a gradual process. We recommend starting with gentle sessions to rebuild your strength and mobility, progressing to more intense training as your body allows.

Can I train if I have a baby in the hospital?

Yes, we offer specialized sessions that can be adapted to your specific circumstances. Whether you are in the hospital or at home, we provide the support you need to stay active.
